Tickets cannot be refunded (unless the Parade is cancelled or rescheduled) so please check your tickets carefully on receipt and contact us immediately if you have any queries. We are not liable for lost, destroyed or stolen tickets and cannot always replace them. Please take special care of printed or electronic tickets as duplicates cannot be issued under any circumstances.
Tickets are not transferable and their resale for profit or commercial gain (except by the Ministry of Defence) or use in auctions, promotions or packages without the express permission of the Ministry of Defence is prohibited and may render them void.
You must produce a valid ticket to attend the Parade and removing parts of, defacing or otherwise altering your ticket may render it void.
Please note loud music or noise can damage hearing.
The unauthorised commercial use of cameras, video or sound recording equipment is prohibited at the event and such items may be confiscated.
By attending the event you consent to being filmed / recorded as part of the audience for security and broadcast without payment.
You expressly understand and agree that in no event shall this site, including its affiliates and licensors, be liable for any damages whatsoever, including any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages, and any damages for loss of profits, savings, goodwill or other intangible losses, regardless of whether this site had been advised of or could have foreseen the possibility of such damages, arising out of or in connection with: (a) the use, inability to use or performance of any of the services of this site, or (b) any unauthorized access to or modification to any of your content or transmissions, or (c) any other matter relating to this site or any of the services.

Dogs are not permitted on the premises, with the exception of Guide and Assistance Dogs.
Any disruption of band members on Parade or spectators will not be permitted.
